My absolute favorite place to get a salad. The balance of veggies is just right, and you get so much for your money. Even the small can be two meals sometimes.
The pizza is good if you're feeling the classic thick, fluffy crust. The deserts are pretty good too.
4 stars because of the employees. I've heard them talking about me in the background while they thought I was on hold, so theres that.
I would have given it 3 stars, but honestly the best salad in Waterbury in my opinion. -

1 star review for the manager tonight who wouldnt get on the phone, the girl who answered the phone to relay the messages and the raw dough in not 1 but 2 stromboli. 5 stars to the delivery driver who was nice and friendly. Now here's the story....
Ordered online for delivery. Ordered their cheddar ham and pepperoni stromboli. My bf got about a quarter of the way thru it and found raw dough. So my bf called and they offered to remake one and send it out and retrieve the raw one. Ok no problem. An hour later we received the remade one. Burnt on the outside ends this time so hopeful It was cooked through... it was NOT. The pictures include the second remade one so you can see the dough and uncookness for yourselves. So at this point I call for a refund. The girl answers the phone I told her the remake was raw like the last. I am placed on hold and she returns asking what I wanna do at this point (no apology). I said at this point I want the driver to come back to get it and I want my money back. She relays the info to the manager who is standing close to her bc i can hear him. He offers a credit for next time. I decline by saying at this point I dont think I'm going to order again. Girl relays the message. Manager says really over one item? You wont order again even though there are hundreds of other items to order?.... still no apology. So I told the girl that at this point I want my money back and I definitely wont order again after that comment. Girl said after what comment, what was bad about that comment? I said I just want my money back. She tells the manager what I said and he called me a spoiled brat (i heard that part) and he said something else to which the girl laughed and said to him I'm not going to tell her that. So she said he would send the driver back, refund my money and said that I dont ever have to call in again. Fine by me! All I really wanted was an apology and cooked properly food but apparently those tasks are just too difficult. So here I post my review and my bf did the same on FB. And yes the driver did return with my refund. -

We are staying here in Waterbury on a trip from California. We both had a craving for late night pizza and the highly rated pizza restaurants were closed. We decided to give Louie's Pizza House a try and we were pleasantly surprised. The order process was pleasant and the pizza was amazing. The extra large was huge and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Our delivery driver was on time and friendly. Louie's pizza was as good as any New York or Chicago pizza that we have ever tried. Excellent experience.

We stopped for a couple of slices of cheese pizza after seeing Phantom of the Opera next door and threw in a cannoli as well. The pizza was solid. Maybe it's not like Pepe's Pizza but if you want a good snack for a decent price, Louie's is a good place to go. The cannoli had probably been sitting in the case for a little bit, as it wasn't crunchy anymore, but I still enjoyed it. I'd go back and get a slice at Louie's again.
